Evening 6

It’s hard to believe our ski trip has come to the end already! This evening we have had a movie night complete with popcorn and beanbags watching ‘Monster’s University’. We even got into our pjs to get comfy. It has been a tiring week for all and tonight we needed to pack up all our things so a chilled night was in order!

We have an early departure tomorrow morning to Grenoble airport but so far everything is running on time. We will try our best to update the blog with our whereabouts and expected arrival time tomorrow as soon as we can. We’ve all had a great week but now we are looking forward to getting home tomorrow!

Food, glorious food 🍒🥐🥩🌮🍗🍫🍿🍭🍚

A selection of the delicious food we have had at ‘La Vallée Blanche’ this week. We have been very impressed with the variety and quality of the food we have had for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Of course, there has also been the occasional (ahem) trip to the bar for milkshakes, mocktails and snacks and trips into town to the renowned sweet shops of Alpe d’Huez.

Evening 5

Tonight was the much anticipated disco! The children (and teachers!) had lots of fun pulling some shapes on the dance floor. The night was complete with DJ and glow sticks. We all had a ball!

Evening 4

Tonight’s entertainment was provided by the children themselves – it was talent show night! The boys and girls were given an evening to prepare their act, either alone or in groups, and we had great fun watching them all together. The judges certainly had their work cut out for them! A big well done to Lucy our winner, for her fabulous dance act and a big thank you to our hosts, Ella and Lily (who gave Ant and Def a run for their money) and Ethan, who was in charge of music and sound.
